Crossdocking

WALBERT cross-dock operations consist of unloading materials from an incoming semi-trailer truck, container, or railcar, and reloading on a different outbound semi-trailer, container, or railcar. In its most efficient form this is done directly, with minimal or no warehousing.Consolidation Inspection, Pick Pack, and Re-Pack services can be incorporated into the cross-dock operation. These services are offered throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, and North Carolina.

3PL Provider

WALBERT 3PL Services provide logistics support to companies for part or all of their supply chain management. Incorporating our truckload, LTL, expedited, courier, and warehousing services along with over four generations of internal transportation experience.

 

Pick and Pack and Order Fullfillment

Our pick pack services includes packaging and warehousing while incorporating your order fulfillment needs. Complete services handled in-house from pick up to delivery.

Warehouse Management System

Our services include brick and mortar and rolling stock. Warehouse space ranges from 1,000 up to 100,000 sq ft. Rolling stock ranges from 45 up to 53 foot swing or roll-up door trailers.

Intermodal Freight Drayage and Trans-loading

Services include pick up and deliveries from all major rail carriers and ports. We have interchange agreements with all major rail carriers and commercial shipping lines. (Pirates available upon request) IFD also includes trans-loading of freight for storage or redistribution.
