Benefits and Incentives

  • Independent Contractors earn up to $ .91 plus bonuses on all dispatched miles using PC Miler Practical Version 20
  • Cargo and liability insurance paid – less deductible
  • Paid Fuel Tax Program – Company will administer, report and pay fuel taxes for the Owner Operator when fuel bought is proportionate to states traveled. If the Company finds that fuel being purchased is not proportionate to travel, the Company has the option to charge back fuel taxes to the Owner Operator.

  • Tolls paid on routes pre-approved by dispatcher, with the exception of Illinois tolls paid automatically at 50% ( both examples paid only when presented with receipt)
  • Stop off pay  $30.00 per stop (excluding first and final stops)
  • Layover paid after 24 hours from empty. Must deliver or pick up on time and have hours available to run. $100.00
  • Referral Bonus – $200.00 (on hired referrals only)
  • Safety Bonus earned quarterly – paid annually
    1. No preventable accidents
    2. Must attend three scheduled Quarterly Safety Meetings per year
    3. Quarterly mileage requirement
  • Less than 30,000 but more than 12,000 per quarter earns $150 annually
  • 30,000 or more per quarter earns $300 annually

Performance Qualifiers for $ .91 per mile

  • Weekly minimum -  2500 dispatched miles using PC Miler Practical Version 20
  • Available for legal dispatch
  • No preventable late pick-ups or deliveries as instructed by dispatcher
  • Immediate notification of late delivery or pick-up is mandatory
  • No DOT reportable or Out of Service violations on driver or equipment. Examples: Log Violations, Speeding, Illegal Parking, etc.   (this includes any issued citations or warnings)
  • Perform all required Check Calls to dispatch
  • No call offs
  • Must Check Call upon arrival and departure of shipper or consignee
  • Must make Check Calls when home, Monday through Saturday. Required daily by 9:00am for status of availability – unless previously communicated to/by dispatcher
  • Must report all trailer damage to (1-888-275-2088) prior to moving unit.  Example: Hole in roof, door damage, flat tire, lights, etc. An Incident Report must be completed and turned in with paperwork.
  • Must report O,S and D (overage, shortage and damage) immediately to dispatch at time of pick-up or delivery
  • All required paperwork must be turned in by Monday 12:00 noon or postmarked by the 1st Monday following last communicated dispatch. There is zero tolerance for missing or incomplete paperwork
  • Verbal notification of unavailability 5 days in advance to dispatcher and Ann Smith, Safety Director
  • Monthly Maintenance Report must be received by Safety Department before the 10th of each month
  • No confirmed discourteous treatment of customers and/or the general public. This includes malicious use of profane or abusive language

The performance qualifiers above have to be met in order to earn $.91 per dispatched mile. Qualifiers will be monitored on a weekly basis. If for any reason you fail to meet one or more of the above mentioned qualifiers in a given week, you will earn $.87 per dispatched mile for that week.
